Our Ryan White case management services offer comprehensive support for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. We provide intake and ongoing assessments to address evolving needs, educate clients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and achieving viral suppression, and collaborate to identify and meet personal goals. We also coordinate necessary services and connect clients with vital HIV-related financial resources, including emergency assistance, housing, and food/nutrition support.
The Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) program is the only federal initiative specifically designed to address the housing needs of individuals living with HIV. Our Ryan White Non-Medical Case Managers can help you navigate the application process for this vital assistance. Eligibility is based on income, residency, enrollment, and HIV status, and support can cover long-term rent, short-term rent/mortgage/utility assistance, or housing placement services such as security deposits and application fees.
Our PrEP Navigation program offers comprehensive support for individuals at increased risk of HIV. We provide personalized case management, educate clients about Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), and help identify risk-reduction strategies. Our navigators assist with coordinating PrEP-related medical appointments and accessing financial assistance, while offering ongoing monitoring and support for all PrEP-related needs.
Aspire Indiana Health's Hepatitis C Care Coordination/Connect To Cure program offers comprehensive support for individuals living with Hepatitis C. This includes dedicated case management, crucial education on HCV and the significance of medical care, and assistance in coordinating medical appointments with the client's preferred provider. We also help clients access prescription assistance and medical coverage for HCV-related needs, providing ongoing monitoring and support throughout their journey.
Our HIV/HCV/STI Health Education program offers individual or group sessions focusing on HIV, Hepatitis C, and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs). Education covers transmission risks, prevention methods, and guidance on accessing testing and care.
Our Outreach Testing program provides comprehensive individual HIV/HCV education, focusing on identifying risk behaviors and promoting risk reduction practices. We offer rapid test results for HIV (1 minute), Syphilis (15 minutes), and HCV (20 minutes). Additionally, we provide essential referrals to PrEP Navigation, HCV Care Coordination, Ryan White Case Management, and other local resources for ongoing care and treatment.

Point of Entry began operations in August 2018. A program of Aspire Indiana Health in Anderson, Indiana, we provide safe syringe disposal to community members with substance use disorder. This program is provided at no cost to individuals in our community. The Point of Entry program is part of our larger HIV and Hepatitis C Prevention and Services programming, which includes Ryan White Services, Hepatitis C Care Coordination, PrEP Navigation, HIV/HCV/STI testing, outreach, Naloxone distribution and other supportive services. Proceeds from the sales of these items will be used to support the unmet needs of this free community program.
