Adrianna has a bachelor’s degree in public affairs from Indiana University as well as her SHRM-CP through the Society for Human Resource Management. She has worked in HR for more than 10 years, specializing in talent acquisition and employee relations within the nonprofit/public sector. Adrianna has been with Aspire since November 2022. “I care deeply about the work we do at Aspire and love finding amazing candidates who share the same passion!”
Paula started her career as a kindergarten teacher, moved to California and into school management, and returned to Indiana, working for 2 private universities in the state. She brings years of experience as a recruiter from the healthcare, financial services and education industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in college personnel.
Paula loves to travel with her family, especially to Disneyworld. She has 4 States to go and she will have been in all 50 States! She enjoys gardening, reading, watching Disney shows - especially anything Star Wars - and making jewelry. Paula is excited to be part of a company that makes such a difference in people's lives.
Brooke started her career in higher education, focusing on breaking down barriers between students and their degree to make sure they had every resource available to cross the finish line. As she continued through her own degree she knew she wanted to use what she learned to help elevate others into realizing their potential, especially those with odds stacked against them. Brooke graduated with her MBA in Human Resources from Indiana Institute of Technology, and is a certified SHRM-CP. She has a passion for helping others and human resources, and was elated to join the Aspire team where human services and HR intersect. Her favorite part of her job is the ability to live her dream of helping others discover their own path and greatness through Aspire.
In her spare time Brooke enjoys traveling, visiting different museums, art exhibits, concerts, hiking trails with her dogs, and chasing laser beams with her cats. She is blessed with her wonderful husband and two little girls who bring her endless joy and adventure.
