If you are like us, you know how hard it is to find accessible quality care. You may have wondered if there could be a place that accepts and sees you as a person, not just a list of symptoms.
For the past 50 years, we have been helping the most vulnerable Hoosiers overcome physical and mental illness and experience an improved quality of life.
Aspire is made up of people who share our values and come to work every day, knowing they will do something to help others. We see you as a whole person with different challenges but not just a collection of illnesses or problems.
We are committed to helping you not only feel better but be better.
We believe that every life has value.
Everyone deserves access to quality, fully integrated “whole health” care regardless of where they live or their socioeconomic status.
At Aspire, we help you become healthier so that you can live your best life.
A fully integrated health care provider, Aspire offers both primary medical and behavioral health care, but also addresses social drivers of health like employment and housing. Our support programs include addiction services, individual and group therapy, infectious disease, youth and family services, crisis management, rehabilitation, housing assistance, job placement and more.
Aspire Indiana is nonprofit, financially strong – and growing. Our health centers are located in Central Indiana, but our reach extends to helping Hoosiers all across the state.
At Aspire, there is “no wrong door” to the services that we offer. Whether a person comes to us through our primary care services or our behavioral health services, that person is screened for co-occurring health care issues. Based on their needs we then offer coordinated care designed to treat the whole person.
Our journey into integrated care started over a dozen years ago when we became the very first Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) in the nation to receive grant funds from the Health Resource Service Administration (HRSA). Since then, we have been branded as an innovator by our peers and a leader in health care reform. We are proud to hold FQHC Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) look-alike status at our locations in central Indiana.
Today, our mission statement is “Together...Making Health and Well-Being a Reality”. That reality can only be achieved by taking healthcare out of its traditional silos of behavioral health, primary health, and substance abuse treatment and managing health from a whole person perspective. Our professionals work as a team to develop individualized and comprehensive treatment plans for the primary and behavioral healthcare needs of each individual that we serve. Many of our services are offered on a sliding-fee scale for those who don’t have insurance.
Our treatment plans for behavioral health and substance use disorders can include one-on-one counseling, group therapy, family therapy, skills training, and medication assisted treatment. Integrated primary healthcare providers can treat countless acute concerns as well as chronic conditions, like diabetes and high blood pressure, that require long-term management.
With over 500 members of staff and locations in Anderson, Carmel, Elwood, Indianapolis, Lebanon, and Noblesville, we are changing the way that healthcare is delivered not only to our target populations, but to anyone who wants high quality integrated healthcare at an affordable price.
In addition to our outpatients services for addiction, behavioral, and primary care, we also provide:
