Lise Ebert

Before joining the Aspire team, Lise previously held HR leadership positions in the nonprofit, transportation, technology, banking and education sectors. Lise has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in organizational leadership (MSL), both from Trine University, as well as a professional graduate degree in human resources management from Cornell University.  Lise holds certification as a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Lise also serves on the Board of Directors for the Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana.

Manager, Recruiting & Retention

Jena Hall

Jena Hall is a seasoned recruiting professional with 24 years of human resources and recruiting experience under her belt.  Jena started her career in the staffing industry and has worked in manufacturing, allied health and senior living; recruiting everything from engineers, therapists, accounting/finance personnel to nurses and licensed nursing home administrators.  Later in her career, Jena fulfilled one of her childhood goals of becoming a nurse, one of the greatest accomplishments of her life.  Jena is a firm believer in matching people with the job they love to do and is excellent at bringing out the best in people.  In her free time, she likes to spend time with family and friends, interior decorating, traveling anywhere there is a beach, shopping and watching football. She also just added a new puppy to her family named Zyon, who will be keeping her busy this summer.

Hilary Davis-Reed
Team Lead

Hilary Davis-Reed

Hilary started her career at Aspire as a Human Resources Associate and worked in various areas of HR and Payroll. She graduated from Indiana Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources. Hilary and her husband have four children and one adorable grandchild. She also has two very spoiled but awesome American Bulldogs named Jaws and JazzMo. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, outside events, and scrapbooking. Hilary believes that Aspire’s People Operations is dedicated and professional, and she is grateful to be part of it.

Paula Earleywine

Before joining the Aspire team, Lise worked as Director of Human Resources for the Avon Community School Corporation. She previously held HR leadership positions in the transportation, technology, banking and education sectors. Brooke Elf
Recruiting Specialist

Brooke Elf

Brooke graduated with her MBA in Human Resources from Indiana Institute of Technology, and is a certified SHRM-CP. She has a passion for helping others and human resources, and was elated to join the Aspire team where human services and HR intersect.

In her spare time Brooke enjoys traveling, visiting different museums, art exhibits, concerts, and hiking trails with her dogs Roxy and Budah.

Justine Holmes
Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator

Justine Holmes

Hi, I'm Justine Holmes, the Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator for Aspire Indiana Health. I am originally from Los Angeles, and was saddened to discover I am no angel -- though I apparently lived in a city full of them! I have a 5-year-old daughter who is my everything. For fun I enjoy doing nearly anything I can to include her in. In the summer we like to hike, swim and camp. In the winter we cuddle up on the couch next to the fireplace and eat snacks as we watch movies and TV together. 


I'm the potato in the company. I stay in the dark and sprout!


I have spent the majority of my adult life in California, moving to Indiana a couple years ago to pursue a better career. Unfortunately for me, I made my move in early 2020 and all of my plans were turned upside down by the pandemic! I am presently pursuing a degree in Human Resources at American Military University. My job allows me the flexibility to take care of my daughter and go to school. I could not be more thankful to be employed by Aspire and work with a wonderful team!

Tiffany Simmons

Tiffany Simmons

Tiffany has a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University (ISU) and over 13 years of experience in various Human Resources roles. She has formerly worked at Disney, National College, and UTI.  Prior to hiring on with  Aspire, she worked for Indiana University Purdue University- Indianapolis ( IUPUI) for 9 plus years. In her free time Tiffany enjoys traveling, event planning, and spending time with family and friends.

Tracey Jones
Manager, Compensation & Benefits

Tracey Jones

Tracey brings years of experience in Human Resources from the manufacturing, medical device, biotechnology and transportation industries. She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Tracey believes in being a strong advocate for employees while supporting business missional goals and deliverables. During her spare time, Tracey can be found working as a chauffeur to her son, Edward and his friends.

Merri Daniel
Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

Merri Daniel

Merri comes to Aspire with many years of experience in the field of human resources from the behavioral health, medical device and manufacturing sectors. She holds a Bachelor of ScienceDegree in Special Education from Indiana State University. Merri has 2 grown sons, 3 teen grandsons, and her spoiled Shih Tzu sidekick - Beau. Her interests include crafting/DIY projects, cooking and baking for family and friends, and spending time on the Outer Banks of North Carolina every chance she gets.Merri is excited to join the People Ops Team and looks forward to working with all of the dedicated employees within the Aspire family.
Kristin Lamb
Employee Wellbeing Coordinator

Kristin Lamb

Kristin is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services from the University of Southern Indiana. She joined Aspire in 2019 to expand her mental health knowledge in order to help address mental health challenges. Kristin resides in Fishers with her three sons and has served Hamilton County for nearly 15 years. She is a true advocate for healthy living - emphasizing the importance of practicing all elements of wellness with her clients to reach their highest level of well-being. Kristin is excited about the opportunity to support our employees while continuing to provide education and training throughout the communities we serve.

Gary Burris
Manager, Employee Relations

Gary Burris

Gary started his career in retail management after graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science.  After 20 years, he decided to go through a career change into Human Resources and worked as a HR Manager and Human Resource Business Partner in retail and non-profit sectors before joining Aspire.

Gary lives in Indianapolis on the northeast side with his rescue cat named Boudreaux.  He enjoys traveling to any location that has plenty of sunshine and a beach, spending time with an amazing group of friends, and trying new restaurants.

Gary is excited about working for Aspire due to its mission and being a part of a collaborative team.

Lauren Poe
HRIS Specialist

Lauren Poe

Lauren received her Bachelor's Degree in Public Health at IUPUI, majoring in Community Health and began her People Operations career in a Talent Acquisition role with a Recruitment Process Outsourcing company. 


After gaining experience in that role, she received a promotion to Recruitment Specialist before deciding to switch her professional career to the nonprofit sector. Lauren has previous CMHC experience working as an Employment Specialist, which she found to be both challenging and very rewarding. 


She loves solving problems and helping as best she can, which is why she's excited to be a part of the team at Aspire as our HRIS Specialist. It is also another challenging, yet rewarding, role.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the movies and doing projects around the house. She's lived in Indianapolis for the past 6 years and graduated from high school at Franklin Community. She lives on the northeast side with her fur babies: a pitbull named Sampson, and his sister cat, Olive.

Briley Trusty
HR Help Desk Technician

Briley Trusty

Briley began with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Health Services with a concentration in Health Administration and a minor Human Resources from the University of Southern Indiana. Starting her HR career with Aspire she is the HR Help Desk Technician, Briley has experience working in a non-profit organization as an intern in Evansville.


Working on the administration side and also working out in the field with clients. She also worked on different projects and fundraising for the company. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and lots of time with her golden retriever Bella. Briley is ready to gain more experience with Aspire and is looking forward to working with her fellow employees.
