Dr. David Dwyer, MD

Dr. David Dwyer, MD, specializes in Internal Medicine. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Wisconsin, performing his internship and residency at the University of Missouri Medical School. Aspire appointed Dwyer as its first Medical Director of Primary Care in December 2017; he merged his practice with Aspire in 2019.

Dr. Olivia Smith, DO

Dr. Olivia Smith, DO, specializes in Family Medicine. She received her bachelor’s degree in general health science from Purdue University and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Marian University. She completed her residency at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Dr. Smith has been with Aspire since 2023.

Debbie Shelley, FNP-BC, specializes in Primary Care. Her background is in critical care, emergency and post-anesthesia care nursing. She received her associate’s degree in nursing from Purdue University, her bachelor’s degree in nursing from University of Indianapolis and her master’s degree in nursing from University of Southern Indiana. She has been with Aspire since 2018.

Nakeeta Stansberry, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), specializes in Primary Care. She has been in the nursing field since 1999, and has both her bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. Nakeeta has been with Aspire since October 2025.
