The Madison County Harm Reduction Program, known as Point of Entry, began operations in August 2018. A program of Aspire Indiana Health in Anderson, Ind., we provide safe syringe access and disposal to community members with substance use disorder. The Point of Entry program is part of our larger HIV and Hepatitis C Prevention and Services programming, which includes Ryan White Services, Hepatitis C Care Coordination, PrEP Navigation, HIV/HCV/STI testing, outreach, Naloxone distribution and other supportive services. Proceeds from the sales of these items will be used to support the unmet needs of this program.
