Dr. Lane

Dr. Debra Lane, MD

Physician - Primary Care


Dr. Debra Lane graduated with her Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine where she also earned a bachelor's degree in biology. Dr. Lane is licensed in Indiana as well as Georgia and Tennessee. She has had an array of hospital and healthcare experience serving a multitude of patients. Dr. Lane is excited about Aspire’s wraparound approach to healthcare and serving local Hoosiers.


Mallory Stapler

Family Nurse Practitioner


Mallory Stapler, FNP-BC, specializes in Family Medicine. She worked as a registered nurse for Eskenazi Health from 2018-2023 in the Medical/Surgical and Critical Care Departments. She received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and her master’s degree in nursing from Purdue University. Mallory has been with Aspire since 2023.

Dr. Andy Chambers, MD


Dr. Andy Chambers specializes in addiction psychiatry. He is a Professor of Psychiatry at IUSM and is Director of its Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship Program. He received his bachelor’s degree in chemical physics from Centre College and his medical degree from Duke University, and completed his psychiatric residency at Yale School of Medicine. He authored the first addiction psychiatry textbook and clinical guide for fellows and treatment systems.

Haley Chambers

Haley Chambers

Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care


Haley Chambers, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, specializes in Family Medicine. She has her bachelor's degree in nursing from Lakeview College of Nursing and her master's degree in nursing from Chamberlain University. Her previous experience includes working as a registered nurse (RN) in medical progressive care, intensive care, and then finally in the emergency department as a clinical supervisor. Haley joined Aspire in July 2025.
