Haley Chambers

Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

Haley Chambers, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, specializes in Family Medicine. She has her bachelor's degree in nursing from Lakeview College of Nursing and her master's degree in nursing from Chamberlain University. Her previous experience includes working as a registered nurse (RN) in medical progressive care, intensive care, and then finally in the emergency department as a clinical supervisor. Haley joined Aspire in July 2025.

Nitin Mahajan

Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

Nitin Mahajan, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, joins Aspire with degrees from Indiana University Kokomo, Carson-Newman University in Tennessee, and Indiana Wesleyan University. She has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2023, working in urgent care. Nitin’s specialties are primary care, hormone management and addiction medicine. She joined Aspire in November 2025.

Tara McCarty

Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

Tara McCarty, MSN, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Indiana State University and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Indiana Wesleyan University. In her free time, she loves being with her family — husband, daughter and two dogs — as well as going to concerts and watching movies. Tara joined Aspire in July 2025.
