Janey Trout, VP of Human Resources and Marketing, has an extensive background in Human Resources with nearly 25 years of Human Resources experience in a variety of industries, such as revenue, transportation, economic development and public schools. She has expertise in the areas of recruitment, policies, organizational development, workforce planning, benefits, payroll administration, Human Resources technology, employee relations, and training.
Janey has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Taylor University, Upland, Indiana and began her professional work career as a therapist and caseworker in the area of mental health at Park Center, Inc. and the Allen County Family and Social Services Agency.
As the Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing, Janey advises and counsels senior management and participates as a key decision maker regarding employment and workplace practices. She provides leadership and coordination of Aspire’s Human Resources functions, develops and implements corporate Human Resources strategy and programs, leads the Human Resources Department by overseeing administration of employee relations, recruitment, retention, personnel records, legal compliance, benefits, payroll and training/development and develops, maintains and administers policies and procedures.
When not at the office, Janey enjoys spending time with family and friends, antique shopping, and watching her daughter compete in equestrian events in Kentucky.
Hilary Davis joined Aspire Indiana in December 1999. She graduated from Indiana Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources. She started her career as a Human Resources Associate and has worked in various areas of Human Resources and Payroll for the past 18 years with Aspire, where she holds her current position as Senior Human Resources Generalist.
Hilary and her husband have four children and one adorable grandchild. She also has two very spoiled but awesome American Bulldogs named Jaws and JazzMo. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, outside events, and scrapbooking.
Hilary believes that Aspire’s Human Resources Team is dedicated and professional, and she is grateful to be part of it.
Morgan Kantner joined the Aspire Indiana team as the Human Resources Compliance Specialist in November 2015. She graduated magna cum laude from Aurora University in May 2013, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, double majoring in Business and Commerce and Political Science, minoring in Pre-Law. She also played collegiate softball for the AU women’s softball team.
Prior to Aspire, Morgan began her professional career in operations and finance and since joining the Aspire team, Morgan has advanced within the organization to her current role as Human Resources Generalist, where she is responsible for recruiting, hiring and compensation.
Morgan resides in Noblesville with her fiance Ryan and two dogs, Izzy and Lola. Outside of work, she enjoys remaining active and plays softball, kickball, and dodgeball in social recreational leagues. She also loves attending summer concerts and vacationing with family and friends.
Morgan is passionate about helping others and is grateful to have found a position at Aspire that allows her to fulfill this passion.
Angie Purcell joined Aspire in January of 2017 as the HR Compliance Specialist. She graduated magna cum laude from Morehead State University in 1989. Angie has a background in school administrative work and, prior to coming to Aspire, worked as an Office Manager where she maintained office and payroll records. She is looking forward to using that same attention to detail to ensure that all staff records are compliant with the various agencies that work with Aspire.
Angie and her husband Russ have two sons that are currently in college. She enjoys spending time with friends and at church, where she sings in the praise band.
Angie is very grateful to use her organizational abilities in a way that allows Aspire staff to help people. She says it is an honor to work for an organization that puts people first.
Kimberly (Kim) Brass, Payroll Administrator, joined Aspire with over 18 years of payroll experience in manufacturing and educational environments. Kim has an Associates Degree from Indiana University and holds a FPC certification with the American Payroll Association. She enjoys payroll and, as a "numbers" person, has made it her career.
Kim, her husband Bill, and her son Dustin reside in Kokomo. Her family also includes two dogs named Oreo and Bay Bay. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, antique shopping, music and theater.
Kim is very happy to be at Aspire as the work environment is friendly and team oriented. Kim also appreciates that Aspire helps people live better lives instead of just making profits.
Tonii Martin-Rhodes joined the Aspire Indiana HR Team in February of 2017, having worked for several years serving as an Account Representative for a security company and most recently as an Onsite Manager for temporary staffing firm where she managed recruitment, orientation and employment functions for employees.
Tonii holds an Associates Degree in Business from Ivy Tech Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from Indiana Tech.
Tonii lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Tim, and has two children, Tim and Diabolique. She also has two dogs and two cats, who create their own 'family feud' in the household. In Tonii's spare time she loves watching Wheel of Fortune, HGTV, doing Zumba and singing.
Tonii is proud to be working for Aspire to further her Human Resources skills and she aims to provide compassion, understanding and information to employees and applicants during the recruitment and orientation process!
Theresa Campbell joined Aspire after working at Marsh Supermarkets for 14 years, the last four of which she was the company’s Benefits Manager. At one time, she oversaw the administration of benefits for over 5,000 Marsh employees.
Theresa enjoys helping people and explaining complicated policies and ever-changing laws. She says that a great benefits package was a main factor when choosing to work at Aspire and wants to help communicate Aspire’s wonderful benefits to staff.
Originally from Bloomington, Indiana, Theresa currently lives in Anderson with her husband Josh and their two young daughters, ages two and seven months.
