Aspire’s Employment Services program provides people with the services and supports they need to increase their ability to work successfully. We also work with employers, at no cost, to help find workers who match their specific needs.

Programs We Work With
Through Social Security’s Ticket to Work (Ticket) program, you can receive free support services to help you prepare for, find or maintain employment. Adults age 18 through 64 who receive Social Security disability benefits qualify. The Ticket program is voluntary and helps people with disabilities make progress in the workforce while on their way to a good job, good career and better self- supporting future. It is a good fit for those who want to prepare for long-term success in employment. If you are ready to work, experienced professionals are ready to help you.

Aspire Indiana is a preferred provider of Vocational Rehabilitation for their Supported Employment Program. Vocational Rehabilitation Services provides quality individualized services to enhance and support people with disabilities to prepare for, obtain or retain employment. Aspire Indiana will help you achieve your goals by giving you the supports and services you need -- things like help with writing a resume, filling out applications and on-the-job coaching.
