Janey Trout

Janey Trout, Senior Director of Human Resources, has an extensive background in Human Resources with over twenty-three (23) years of Human Resources experience in a variety of industries, such as revenue, transportation, economic development and public schools. Ms. Trout has expertise in the areas of recruitment, policies, organizational development, workforce planning, benefits, payroll administration, Human Resources technology, employee relations and training.  

Janey has a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Taylor University, Upland, Indiana and began her professional work career as a therapist and caseworker in the area of mental health at Park Center, Inc. and the Allen County Family and Social Services Agency.

Janey is excited to utilize her talents at Aspire and return to her first passion in mental health services. As the Senior Director of Human Resources, Janey will advise and counsel senior management and participate as a key decision maker regarding employment and workplace practices.  She will also provide leadership and coordination of Aspire’s Human Resources functions, develop and implement corporate Human Resources strategy and programs, lead the Human Resources Department by overseeing administration of employee relations, recruitment, retention, personnel records, legal compliance, benefits, payroll and training/development and will develop, maintain and administer policies and procedures.

While not at the office, Janey enjoys spending time with family and friends, antique shopping, and watching her daughter compete in equestrian events in Kentucky.

Hilary Davis

Hilary Davis joined Aspire Indiana in December 1999. She graduated from Indiana Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources. She started her career as a Human Resources Associate and has worked in various areas of Human Resources and Payroll for the past 14 years with Aspire, where she holds her current position as Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Hilary and her husband have four children ages 13 to 22 and one adorable grandchild. She also has a very spoiled, but awesome American Bulldog named Jaws! In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, outside events (concerts, the pool, etc.), and scrapbooking.

Hilary believes that Aspire’s Human Resources Team is dedicated and professional, and is also grateful to be part of it.

Tara Ross

Tara Ross joined the Human Resources team in February of 2016 as the Orientation/Training Specialist.  She began her career with Aspire in 2004 on the Carmel Recovery Support team where she worked doing direct client care with adults. She graduated cum laude from the University of Indianapolis, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Psychology.

Tara resides in Lapel with her husband Brandon and their two children.  In her spare time, she enjoys coaching her daughter’s volleyball team, outdoor concerts, reading, and watching The Walking Dead or Game of Thrones.  She also loves spending weekends with her siblings, Mother, and their families.

Tara is passionate about providing excellent client care and looks forward to being able to train new and existing staff to provide excellent care for all Aspire clients.  Tara is very grateful and proud to be a part of Aspire’s talented and collaborative HR team

Morgan Kantner

Morgan Kantner, Human Resources Generalist, joined the Aspire Indiana team as the HR Compliance Specialist in November 2015. She graduated magna cum laude from Aurora University in May 2013, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Morgan double majored in Business and Commerce and Political Science with a minor in Pre-Law, and played collegiate softball for the AU women’s softball team. She began her professional career in operations and finance, with a focus on workforce management, compliance, training, and recruiting.

Morgan resides in Noblesville with her boyfriend Ryan and two dogs, Izzy and Lola. In her spare time, she enjoys remaining active and plays softball, kickball, and dodgeball in social recreational leagues. She also loves attending summer concerts, vacationing with family and friends, and hiking with Ryan and their pups. Morgan is very grateful and proud to be a part of Aspire’s talented and collaborative HR team and looks forward to assisting with your on-boarding and hiring!


Angie Purcell

Angie Purcell joined Aspire in January of 2017 as the HR Compliance Specialist.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Morehead State University in 1989.  Angie comes from a 10 year background with a local school district where her position was to maintain accurate records on the students.  Prior to coming to Aspire, Angie worked as an Office Manager where she maintained office and payroll records.  She is looking forward to using that same attention to detail to make sure that all Aspire employee records are compliant with the various agencies that Aspire works with.
Angie is married to Russ and has two sons that are currently in college.  She enjoys spending time with friends and at church.  Her whole family is quite musical.  Her husband plays guitar and sings in a praise band, her older son plays bass guitar, her younger son sings and Angie plays piano and sings in the praise band as well.
Angie is very grateful to use her organizational abilities in a way that allow the other members of Aspire to do what they do best and be able to help people.  It is an honor to work for an organization that puts people first.


Kimberly Brass

Kimberly (Kim) Brass, Payroll Administrator, joined Aspire with over 18 years of payroll experience in manufacturing and educational environments. Kim has an Associates Degree from Indiana University and holds a FPC certification with the American Payroll Association. She enjoys payroll and, as a "numbers" person, has made it her career.

Kim, her husband Bill, and her 23-year-old son Dustin reside in Kokomo. Her family also includes two dogs named Oreo and Bay Bay. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, antique shopping, music and theater.

Kim is very happy to be at Aspire as the work environment is friendly and team oriented. Kim also appreciates that Aspire helps people live better lives instead of just making profits.

Malisha Neal

Malisha (Missy) Neal, Benefits Administrator, has an extensive background in Benefits Administration with over 16 years of experience in both Benefits and Human Resources. She has worked in a variety of industries; Finance, Service, Manufacturing, Insurance, and Health Care.

Missy graduated from Indiana Institute of Technology with an Associates in General Studies.  Her concentration was in Business Management and Human Resources. Future education goals will be to earn her Bachelors and perhaps a CEBS Certification.

She likes to spend her free time with her children and grandbaby. She also tries to donate time between Gleaners Food Bank and The Ronald McDonald House. On Saturday afternoons she runs a Euchre Tournament.    She enjoys spending as much time with her family and friends as she can.  

Missy is very proud to be working for Aspire, especially on the HR Team. She is looking forward to providing all Aspire Associates a WOW level of Care.


Tonii Martin-Rhodes

Tonii Martin-Rhodes joined the Aspire Indiana HR Team in February of 2017, having worked for several years serving as an Account Representative for a security company and most recently as an Onsite Manager for temporary staffing firm where she managed recruitment, orientation and employment functions for employees.

Tonii holds an Associates Degree in Business from Ivy Tech Community College and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from Indiana Tech.

Tonii lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Tim, and has two children, Tim and Diabolique.  She also has two dogs and two cats, who create their own 'family feud' in the household.  In Tonii's spare time she loves watching Wheel of Fortune, HGTV, doing Zumba and singing.

Tonii is proud to be working for Aspire to further her Human Resources skills and she aims to provide compassion, understanding and information to employees and applicants during the recruitment and orientation process!
